Step-by-Step

Simple 4-Step QR Menu Deployment

Get your restaurant ready for digital table service in less than 30 minutes. Here is how the complete setup works.

01

Configure & Import DB

Upload AztecMenu files to your cPanel hosting. Access phpMyAdmin, import the pre-written `database.sql` script into your database, and specify the credentials inside `config.php`. The system connects instantly.

// Inside config.php
define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');
define('DB_NAME', 'your_database');
define('DB_USER', 'your_username');
define('DB_PASS', 'secure_password');

Item Schema Example

Category: Antipasti
- Bruschetta ($8.50) [Vegan]
- Calamari ($14.00)
- Burrata ($16.50) [Gluten-Free]

02

Structure Categories & Items

Use the MySQL dashboard (or your database-linked CMS panel) to feed your digital menu categories. Group starters, mains, desserts, and cocktails together and toggle dietary tags accordingly.

03

Print Customized QR Codes

Generate high-quality QR patterns in our dashboard. Choose colors that suit your table settings. Save the generated vector files, print them, and place them prominently on dining tables, bars, or room service guides.
